ECP process Replenish guide:
ALL chemistries need to be replenished after each use. Replenishment rates are calculated by the quantity of film processed.
ECP REPLENISHING RATES FOR 16MM FILM:
ECP 1 = Developer 14,7 ml per meter; 345 ml for a 30,5 meter 16mm roll ECP 2 = Stop Bath 11,3 ml per meter; 350 ml for a 30,5 meter 16mm roll ECP 3 = Bleach 3,3 ml per meter; 100 ml for a 30,5 meter 16mm roll ECP 4 = Fixer 9,8 ml per meter; 300 ml for a 30,5 meter 16mm roll
Steps for replenishing:
1. Take the replenisher ECP 1R (developer) from the fridge. The other chemistry is in the yellow crate.
2. Pour the required amount of replenisher into a 2-litre measuring cup.
3. Pour the used chemistry into the 2-litre measuring cup until it completes exactly 2 litres.
4. Put the leftover chemistry into the respective recycle chemistry container.
5. Label the replenishment date on each bottle.
6. Make sure you fill in this form :)
Note: Small tanks can fit 8-10 meters of film. Medium tanks fit 15 meters of film. Large tanks fit 30 meters of film.
